He is also the CEO and Founder of Black American Success.com, a personal development and self-improvement firm specializing in products to inform, inspire, and motivate individuals seeking personal fulfillment and professional success.
His message is that success and achievement does not happen by accident, is not solely the result of hard work, and it is not based on education alone. He believes those who achieve wealth, success and happiness in theirs lives do so because they have mastered and practiced the universal laws and principles that govern abundant living.

His business and legal experience expands over 20 years. Licensed to practice law by the Texas and Louisiana State Bars, he received a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University, and a Jurist Doctorate degree from Southern University Law Center. He is presently a Municipal court judge for the city of Houston.
Oswald lives in Houston with his wife and has three children.
